The Doctors provide a great level of care, but sometimes the receptionists are discourteous and it is difficult to explain to them their systems do not work when they deny this, and try to place blame onto you, the patient. They also maintain a different set of rules than the doctors about booking appointments in advance, quite annoying as it seems designed to make it harder to get an appointment with your doctor. However speaking to the doctor personally, I am able to rectify things without issue.

Reception staff always welcoming and reassuring. Doctors and nurses are very thorough and involve patient at every stage. Further Treatment if required is sought from the best and most convenient service you need. It is a real bonus to have a dispensary available at the surgery.
